Both properties sleep four and lie in the popular St. Minver Highlands region of North Cornwall, with Polzeath being the jewel in the crown of the area. Magnificent views safe, lifeguard controlled beach with surf school available to teach the popular sport of surfing. A short cliff walk will bring you to The Rumps, and the superb archaeological site of the Iron Age Cliffs Castle, belonging to the Breton Celtic Dunlonnin tribe. Breathtaking yet walk able scenery along cliffs where wildlife and flowers are in abundance.

The beach at Polzeath is extensive with beach cafes and restaurants serving food all day. Hire facilities for deckchairs windbreaks, surfing equipment, with plenty of room for those who just enjoy sunbathing, nearby country club facilities offer golf, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, beauty treatments and restaurant.

The owner of both properties is able to offer a very high standard of cleanliness, as they are nearby, and both properties have the benefit of double glazing as makes them suitable for all year round lets. For your reassurance, both properties have been inspected by Quality in Tourism for VISITBRITAIN. and have gained a three star rating, and bed linen is provided. All organic produce including wines, beers, dairy fruit and vegetables, cereals can be pre ordered. The properties both have luxury beds, video/DVD libraries, wide screen 32 inch LCD TVs with freeview and plenty of books and tourist information, and for those who enjoy gardens, both cottages are close to the Eden Project which is only 18 miles away, as are many other beautiful gardens and historical buildings, and of course Padstow, where a visit to Rick Steins famous Seafood Restaurant or Bistro is a must and at Watergate Bay Jamie Olivers 15 Restaurant offers excellent cuisine.  Port Quin is 3 miles away and Port Isaac  6 miles, where they filmed Doc Martin with Martin Clunes. 

 

The famous Rock ferry which will take you to Padstow is 2 miles from both cottages. The view from Pendragon over Bodmin Moor is one of the finest in Cornwall, and St.Enodoc Church, a 12th Century Norman church where the Poet John Betjeman is buried is a short walk over the cliffs to Daymer Bay. So whether balmy summer days and evenings or Winter storms are your scene we are here to provide a relaxing warm and comfortable holiday for you.
